Oscillators (VCOs) with a new coaxial

resonator oscillator. The CVCO55CC4000-4000 VCO operates at 4 GHz
with a tuning voltage range of 0.3 to
4.7 Vdc. The coaxial VCO features a
SOCIAL
max phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at
10KHz offset and has suitable
linearity. Features include:
A 0.5 x 0.5- x 0.220” SMD package.
An output power of +7.0 dBm typ. into a 50 Ω load.
A supply of +8.0 Vdc and a typical current consumption of 40 mA.
Pulling and Pushing minimized to 1.0 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively.
A second harmonic suppression of -10 dBc typical.
