CVCO55CC3420-3430
VCO (Voltage
Controlled
Oscillator),
which operates from 3,420 to 3,430 MHz with a control
voltage range of 0.5 to about 4.5 V. The VCO features a
typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and
has suitable linearity. Features include:
An output power of typically +2.0 dBm.
A 0.5 x 0.5” SMD package.
An input voltage of typ. 5.0 V.
A max. current consumption of 23 mA.
Pulling and Pushing minimized to 1.0 MHz and 1.0
MHz/V, respectively.
A second harmonic suppression of -15 dBc typical.
