The CVCO55CC-1680-1680 VCO boasts a typical phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Offered in the standard 0.5" x 0.5". SMD package, the oscillator has a typical +2.5 dBm output power and 5V input voltage. Featuring a maximum current consumption of 20 mA, pulling and pushing are minimised to 2 MHz and 1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -8 dBc typical.
