PRODUCT BULLETIN 2016-01 PRODUCT IMPACT: SOIC Adapters Standard Tin/Lead Series DATE: May 25, 2016 PART ID SERIES: 4414-XXX TYPE: Discontinuation Due to a shift to RoHS compliant applications, Advanced Interconnections Corp. will be discontinuing the standard, Tin/Lead series of SOIC Adapters, effective December 31, 2016. This applies the standard 4414-XXX part numbers and associated versions in array panels and with attached devices (ex. 4414-628-D). The newer, SOIC Adapter Lead-free series (4414-XXXLF) with Gold pad and terminal plating is backward compatible for non-RoHS applications and can be purchased with our Tin/Lead device attach service.
