existing solutions.
Available in costeffective, small outline
packages, they are
ideal for use in bridges
and other applications
where cost and size
are critical factors.
 The MMBD5004
products have high
breakdown voltage
ratings (400V) that
provide excellent
tolerances of line
transient and allow
high operating
voltages.
