The BAW101V (SOT563) features 500mW power dissipation. The MMBD3004BRM and MMBD5004BRM enable much smaller quad-diode implementations than existing solutions. Available in costeffective, small outline packages, they are ideal for use in bridges and other applications where cost and size are critical factors. The MMBD5004 products have high breakdown voltage ratings (400V) that provide excellent tolerances of line transient and allow high operating voltages.
