ASECL is an existing Test Site and Shipping Location for Silicon Labs. It is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949 and is a Sony Green Partner. ASECL uses the same testing and handling equipment, hardware, and test programs that are used all Silicon Labs‟ approved final test locations for the MCU 48-TQFP-7x7 Device Family. The MCU 48TQFP-7x7 Device Family tested at ASECL will fully comply with datasheet parameters and quality levels. The affected part number list is attached as Appendix A. The packing materials used at ASECL may be provided by different suppliers than what is used by other test sites, however, all packing materials used are Silicon Labs qualified and meet JEDEC requirements. There are no significant changes in packing material dimensions which would affect customer applications. Reason for Change: To increase test capacity for MCU 48-TQFP-7x7 Device Family, in order to improve Silicon Lab‟s on time performance to our customer requested delivery dates. Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability: There are no material impacts to form, fit or function of the MCU 48-TQFP-7x7 Device Family tested at ASECL. The MCU 48-TQFP-7x7 Device Family tested at ASECL will comply with Silicon Labs‟ relevant datasheets and quality levels.
