Monolithic Power Systems Inc., Statement of Compliance to REACH EU requirements
REACH regulation (REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE
COUNCIL) was issued on June 2007 to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the
environment. Under REACH Article 33, article (product) manufacturers, importers and distributors have a
duty to communicate information on “Substances of Very High Concern” that are present in the candidate
list for Annex XIV of REACH.
Monolithic Power Systems Inc. has examined the candidate list of “Substances of Very High
Concern” for Annex XIV of REACH as well as the ECHA REACH Candidate List of September 19,
2012, REACH SVHC Candidate List of June 20, 2013, September 2, 2013, December 16, 2013, June 18,
2014, October 16, 2014, December 17, 2014, June 15, 2015 and December 17, 2015, and after
appropriate testing, has determined that it’s products do not contain the substances listed below:
