Voltage reference family TL431 Adjustable precision voltage references for power management and more Part of NXP’s proven portfolio of voltage regulators, these adjustable voltage references are the ideal choice for power management and other applications. They are housed in small SOT23 surface mounted device (SMD) plastic packages and are available in several versions, so it’s easy to find the right part for your design.
