A Silicon/Data Sheet Errata The rfPIC12F675K/675F/675H parts you have received conform functionally to the Device Data Sheet (DS70091A), except for the anomalies described below. All the problems listed here will be addressed in future revisions of the rfPIC12F675K/675F/675H silicon. 1. Module: VDD and VDDRF Supply Voltage VDD and VDDRF Supply Voltage maximum has been reduced to 4.5V. Work around Reduce VDD and VDDRF Supply Voltage to less than or equal to 4.5V. Date Codes that pertain to this issue: All engineering and production devices beginning with date code 0340XXX. 2. Module: Loop Filter (LF) Pin 13 changed to no connection The loop filter (LF) signal will no longer be bonded out. Pin 13 is a no connection. Work around Remove all circuitry to the LF pin. Date Codes that pertain to this issue: All engineering and production devices beginning with date code 0340XXX. 3. Module: Reference Clock (REFCLK) Pin 7 changed to no connection The reference clock (REFCLK) signal will no longer be bonded out. Pin 7 is a no connection.
