The frequency used in the mobile communication systems is shifted to higher range. So coaxial cables for the mobile communication systems are required to have superior characteristics such as low loss, high power, small diameter and flexibility. Fujikura has developed the two types of heat resistant corrugated coaxial cables which have 3 and 5 mm in insulation diameter. The coaxial cables achieve the excellent characteristics of low loss, high power and easy handling by using the tetrafluoroethylene insulation and the corrugated copper spiral tube. Fujikura will continue to make significant contributions to a variety of fields by providing high-performance and high-frequency coaxial cable. Table 1.
