Connect the test setup as shown in Figure 1. 2. Apply an input voltage, VIN = 48 Vdc 3. Apply IOUT (load) = 0 A 4. Observe Soft start 5. Check that VOUT = 12V + 5%Vdc 6. Set IOUT to desired level 0 A- 100 mA and measure voltage and current the efficiency should be similar to that shown in Figure 2 7. Turn off the load 8. Turn off VIN 9.
