DAMPEN THE (POSSIBLE) RINGING VOLTAGE DUE TO THE USE OF LONG INPUT
LEADS. ON A NORMAL, TYPICAL PCB, WITH SHORT TRACES, THE CAPACITOR
IS NOT NEEDED. SEE APPLICATION NOTE AN88 FOR MORE DETAILS.
