The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKZ5221B
Series contains three (3) isolated Silicon Zener
Diodes packaged in an ULTRAmini™ SOT-363
surface mount case, designed for use in
industrial, commercial, entertainment and
computer applications. Higher voltage devices
are available on special order.
