NOTES: 1. The part numbers have max / min Zener Voltage as listed. Tolerance of 2% is designated by
a “B” in place of the “C”.
2. VZ is measured with the device in thermal equilibrium at the lead temperature of
30oC + 1oC, 3/8” from the diode body.
3. The Zener Impedance is measured by dividing the AC voltage drop across the device
by the AC current applied. The specified limits are for IZ(ac) = 0.1 IZ(dc) with the ac
frequency = 1.0kHz.
