Furthermore, it can be used as "Power-booster" in sections with several Dupline® supplied units. The repeater introduces a delay of 1 Dupline® scan when transferring pulses from secondary Dupline® to primary Dupline®, while pulses from primary Dupline® to secondary Dupline® are transferred with a max. delay of 1 ms. When using analog transmission including synchronizer it is necessary to be cautious due to the above mentioned delay. In this case the analog transmitter should not be connected on the secondary Installationbus Wiring Diagram side. On the other hand the synchronizer and the analog receivers can be placed without restrictions. Secondary Dupline® By application of the Dupline® repeater there are no problems when transferring the functions of the master generator. Primary Dupline® Noise reduction Concerning the numbers of channels the repeater adjusts itself based on numbers of channels on the input side of the Dupline® network. The repeater has a built-in channel generator function for the secondary Dupline®. This channel generator function locks itself on to the function of the channel generator on the primary side.
