Operation from 3.0 to 40V Input
The MC34063A/MC33063A is a monolithic regulator
subsystem intended for a DC to DC converter. The
device contains a temperature-compensated bandgap
reference, a duty cycle control oscillator, driver, and
high-current output switch. It can be used for stepdown, step-up, or inverting switching and series pass
regulators.
