DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CXDM4060N is a
high current silicon N-Channel enhancement-mode
MOSFET, designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and
driver applications. This MOSFET offers high current,
low rDS(ON), low threshold voltage, and low leakage
current.
