The output voltage may be set to any value between V R E F (approximately 2 . 5 V) and 36 V with two external SOT 23 resistors. This device has typical dynamic output impedance of 0 . 2 Ω . Active output circuitry TO -92 provides a very sharp turn - on characteristic, making these devices excellent replacement for zener diodes in many applications.
