ELM98xxxA VOLTAGE REGULATOR ■ GENERAL DESCRIPTION ELM98xxxA Series is a CMOS Voltage Regulator. It consists of reference voltage, error amplifier, shortprotected control transistor, output voltage setting resistor, and so on. Output voltage is fixed internally with high accuracy.
