DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPT2222AE
is an Enhanced version of the CMPT2222A NPN
Switching transistor in a SOT-23 surface mount
package, designed for switching applications, interface
circuit and driver circuit applications.
