Reverse zener voltage is measured under pulse conditions such that TJ is no more than 2℃ above TA.
4. ZENER IMPEDANCE (Z Z) DERIVATION
ZZT is measured by dividing the AC voltage drop across the device by the AC current applied. The specified limits are for IZ(AC) =
0.1 IZ(DC) with AC frequency = 60Hz.
