Description
2.7mm X 3.4mm SMT LED, 1.5mm HEIGHT ONLY.
BOTH CHIPS CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY.
SUITABLE FOR ALL SMT ASSEMBLY AND SOLDER
PROCESS.
The High Efficiency Red source color devices are made
with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide
Orange Light Emitting Diode.
The Super Bright Green source color devices are made with
AVAILABLE ON TAPE AND REEL.
Gallium Phosphide Green Light Emitting Diode.
IDEAL FOR BACKLIGHTING.
PACKAGE: 1000PCS / REEL.
RoHS COMPLIANT.
