It is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM family, which includes a complete line of transmitters, receivers and transceivers. The device SOP14 includes a 1024 words flash for programming the user's application, supports up to 4 push buttons to implement the user defined functions. All the device features (such as frequency, output power, WDT, Security and etc.) and programs can be burned into the device using the CMOSTEK USB Programmer and RFPDK. Alternatively, in VDD 1 14 XTAL GND 2 13 GND PAP 3 12 DATA PAN 4 11 VDD CLK 5 10 GND stock products of 433.92/868.35 MHz are available for immediate demands with no need of extra programming. The CMT2180/89AW uses a 1-pin crystal oscillator circuit with the required crystal load capacitance integrated on-chip to minimize the BOM counts. The device can deliver up to +13 dBm output power and the PA output can K3/VTG 6 9 K0/DATA2 be either single-ended or differential. The device operates from 2.3 V to 3.6 V. Its low power design enables superior K2 7 8 K1/CLK2 operation life for battery powered application. The CMT2180/89AW transmitter together with CMOSTEK CMT2180/89AW NextGenRFTM receiver enables a highly flexible, low cost RF link.
