Conductor insulation of halogen free TPE-E, separation soft tape, tinned copper braid, min. coverage 85%, on each signal pair and on the total, EMC 89/336/EC. Sheath of matt halogen free polyether polyurethane (PUR). Application. Designed for brushless motors for heavy duty applications. Completely halogen free cable, it does not emit halogens in case of fire. Flame resistance degree: UL94 horizontal flame test, IEC 60332-1. Very good resistance to common chemical agents and oils (UL 1581). Abrasion resistance and excellent mobile laying behaviour (10 m/s2, 220 m/min). Max working voltage: 1000 V. Test voltage: 4000 V. Guaina in poliuretano (PUR) polietere opaco senza alogeni. Impiego. Progettato per motori brushless per applicazioni particolarmente gravose. Interamente senza alogeni, non emette sostanze corrosive in caso di incendio. Grado di resistenza alla fiamma: UL94 test fiamma orizzontale, IEC 60332-1. Ottima resistenza agli agenti chimici e agli idrocarburi comuni (UL1581). Ottimo comportamento in posa mobile (10 m/s2, 220 m/min) e resistenza all’abrasione. Tensione massima di lavoro: 1000 V.
