Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The floating logic input is compatible with standard 5 V CMOS or LSTTL logic and can be operated up to 600 volts above the COM ground. The output driver feature a 500 mA high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction.
