DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPT4401 and
CMPT4403 are complementary silicon transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a surface mount package, designed for
small signal general purpose amplifier and switching
applications.
