General description The CBT3253A is a dual 1-of-4 high-speed TTL-compatible FET multiplexer/demultiplexer. The low ON-resistance of the switch allows inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay or generating additional ground bounce noise. When the output enable input (nOE) is LOW, the 1-of-4 multiplexer/demultiplexer is enabled. The data path is selected by the select control inputs (S0, S1). When nOE is HIGH, the 1-of-4 multiplexer/demultiplexer is disabled. The switch terminals are in the high impedance OFF-state, independent of S0 and S1. The CBT3253A is characterized for operation from 40 C to +85 C. 2.
