• Plastic material used carries Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0
• Low leakage current
• High surge capability
• High temperature soldering: 250°C/10 seconds at terminals
• Exceeds environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228
Mechanical Data
• Case: Molded plastic, JEDEC SOD-123/Mini SMA.
• Terminals: Solder plated, solderable per MIL-STD-750 method 2026
• Polarity: Indicated by cathode band.
• Packaging: 12mm tape per EIA STD RS-481.
