- very tight parameter distribution
- high ruggedness, temperature stable behavior

- easy parallel switching capability due to positive
temperature coefficient in VCEsat
• Low EMI
• Qualified according to JEDEC for target applications
• Pb-free lead plating; RoHS compliant;
solder temperature 260°C, MSL3
