It is a silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction. • High Reverse Voltage and High Reliability • Avalanche Energy Rated These devices are intended for use as freewheeling/clamping rectifiers in a variety of switching power supplies and other power swithching applications.
