Temperature 1 to 5°C/s 230°C max. 1 to 5°C/s 150 to 180°C 120 sec 10 sec max. 40 sec max. Time Manual soldering • Use “Sn 60” (60% tin and 40% lead) or solder with silver content. • Use a soldering iron of less than 25 W, and keep the temperature of the iron tip at 300°C or below. • Solder each point for a maximum of three seconds. • After soldering, allow the product to return to room temperature before handling it. Storage To protect the product from the effects of humidity until the package is opened, dry-box storage is recommended. If this is not possible, store the product under the following conditions: Temperature: 10 to 30°C Humidity: 60% max. The product is packed in a humidity-proof envelope. Reflow soldering must be done within 48 hours after opening the envelope, during which time the product must be stored under 30°C at 80% maximum humidity. If it is necessary to store the product after opening the envelope, use dry-box storage or reseal the envelope. Baking If a product has remained packed in a humidity-proof envelope for six months or more, or if more than 48 hours have lapsed since the envelope was opened, bake the product under the following conditions before use: Reel: 60°C for 24 hours or more Bulk: 80°C for 4 hours or more Photomicrosensor (Transmissive) EE-SX4134 169 Terms and Conditions of Sale 1. Offer; Acceptance. These terms and conditions (these "Terms") are deemed part of all quotations, acknowledgments, invoices, purchase orders and other documents, whether electronic or in writing, relating to the sale of products or services (collectively, the "Products") by Omron Electronic Components LLC ("Seller"). Seller hereby objects to any terms or conditions proposed in Buyer's purchase order or other documents which are inconsistent with, or in addition to, these Terms. 2. Prices; Payment. All prices stated are current, subject to change without notice by Seller. Buyer agrees to pay the price in effect at time of shipment. Payments for Products received are due net 30 days unless otherwise stated in the invoice. 3. Discounts. Cash discounts, if any, will apply only on the net amount of invoices sent to Buyer after deducting transportation charges, taxes and duties, and will be allowed only if (i) the invoice is paid according to Seller's payment terms and (ii) Buyer has no past due amounts owing to Seller. 4. Currencies. If the prices quoted herein are in a currency other than U.S. dollars, Buyer shall make remittance to Seller at the then current exchange rate most favorable to Seller and which is available on the due date; provided that if remittance is not made when due, Buyer will convert the amount to U.S. dollars at the then current exchange rate most favorable to Seller available during the period between the due date and the date remittance is actually made. 5. Governmental Approvals. Buyer shall be responsible for, and shall bear all costs involved in, obtaining any government approvals required for the importation or sale of the Products. 6. Taxes.
