DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CSHD12-60C is a
silicon Schottky rectifier designed for applications
requiring a low forward voltage drop. This device is
manufactured with two 6.0 Amp Schottky rectifiers
assembled in a common cathode configuration.
