PCS APPLICATIONS
The SM1720-41L is a 1.7 to 2.0 GHz solid
state GaAs FET amplifier designed for the
Personal Communications (PCS) Market.
Its small size and ultra high linearity make
it ideally suited for systems using single or
multi-carrier CDMA, TDMA, or other high
dynamic range wireless application. Our
proprietary
pre-distortion
technique
dramatically improves the linearity of this
amplifier, which provides an OIP3 of +60
dBm typical. The unit provides 51 dB of
gain and operates off a single DC supply
voltage of +12V.
