The
CD2025B
CD2025B
Outline Drawing
is
a
monolithic
integrated
circuit
consisting of a 2-channel po wer amplifier. It is suitable
for stereo and bridge amplifier application of radio
cassette tape recorder.
FEATURES

High ou tput power
Stereo: Po=2.3W (Typ) at Vcc=9V, R L =4 Ω
Bridge: Po=4.7W (Typ) at Vcc=9V, R L =8 Ω

Low switching distortion at high frequency.
z
Small shock noise at th e time of power on/off due to a built-in mu ting circuit
z
Good ripple rejection due to a built-in ripple filter.
z
Good ch annel separation.
z
Soft tone at the time of output saturation.
z
Closed loop voltage gain fixed 45 d B (Bridge: 51dB) but availability with external
resistor added.
z
Minimu m nu mb er of external parts required.
z
Easy to design radiator fin.
