a 60 durometer, commercial grade liquid silicone
rubber designed for liquid injection molding.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/60 US Liquid Silicone Rubber is
available in 36 kg. (80 lb.) pail kits and 364 kg (800 lb.)
drum kits. Orders may be placed directly to:
Fabricating
ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/60 US can be processed using
standard liquid rubber injection molding techniques.
Vulcanization
®
ELASTOSIL LR 3003/60 US is vulcanized by mixing
part A with part B in a ratio of 1:1 with the application
of heat. Cure initiation is exhibited at 115°C.
Storage
ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/60 US has a shelf life of at least
6 months when stored below 32°C in the tightly closed
original container.

Storage beyond the recommended shelf-life does not
necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.

prevent catalyst poisoning by amines, sulfur
compounds, and other substances.
