Document 240-1 1008PS Inductors for xDSL Filters Coilcraft’s new 1008PS Series is ideal for use in a variety of filters, including the data separation filters used in VDSL and ISDN/ADSL implementations. They measure just 2.74 mm high and have very low DC resistance to reduce insertion loss. The specially designed ferrite cover provides magnetic shielding and the best possible surface for pick and place handling. Coilcraft offers reference designs for various xDSL filters using these and other surface mount components.
