This device is intended to operate the high band channel or low band channel at any given point in time, and both channels feature a high power and low power mode. The device is housed in small-footprint, ultra-thin 4x4x0.5mm 20-Pin QFN package, and requires minimal external components. The RFM8005 architecture integrates the power amplifiers, input and output impedance matching, harmonic filters, directional coupler and power detector, RF decoupling, ESD protection, and active bias and logic control, all in a CMOS single-chip device.
