Dual 2-to-4-Line Decoder/Demultiplexer Description Functional Diagram The CD54AC139/3A and CD54ACT139/3A are dual 2-to-4line decoders/demultiplexers that utilize the Harris Advanced CMOS Logic technology. These devices contain two independent binary to 1-of-4 decoders. each with a single activeLOW enable input (1E or 2E).
