LM78M00Series-Terminal Low Current Positive Voltage Regulators 00000This series of fixed-voltage monolithic Pin1.Input Pin 2.Ground Pin 3.Output integrated-circuit voltage regulators designed for a D 2 PAK D2T SUFFIX wide range of applications. These applications include T SUFFIX TO-220 on-card regulation for elimination of noise and 1 distribution problems associated with single-point 2 1 2 3 3 regulation. Each of these regulators can deliver up to 500 mA of output current. The internal current 12 3 limiting and tamale shutdown features of these DT SUFFIX (DPAK) 1 2 DT-1 SUFFIX 3 (DPAK) regulators make them essentially immune to overload.
