DATA SHEET E.S.D NOISE CLIPPING DIODES NNCD3.3D to NNCD12D ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE NOISE CLIPPING DIODES (200 mW TYPE) PACKAGE DIMENSIONS This product series is a diode developed for E.S.D (Electrostatic Discharge) noise protection. Based on the IEC1000-4-2 test on (in millimeters) 0.3 ± 0.05 1.25 ± 0.1 electromagnetic interference (EMI), the diode assures an endur2.5 ± 0.15 ance of no less than 30 kV, thus making itself most suitable for 1.7 ± 0.1 external interface circuit protection. If customers intend to use NEC devices for applications other than those specified for Standard quality grade, they should contact an NEC sales representative in advance.
