assuredcommunications® RF-3165-AT122 Manpack High Band Antenna 225 to 2000 MHz The RF-3165-AT122 dismount antenna is a center-fed dipole antenna for use with the AN/PRC-117G(V)1(C) and RF-7800M-MP Falcon III® manpack transceivers. It connects directly to the high-band port of the Falcon III manpack radios via a custom N-type connector. The antenna includes both a flexible gooseneck base that allows the operator to orient the antenna for optimum performance and a tubular, upper radiator. The passive matching network allows operation over the complete 225 to 2000 MHz band. The antenna may also be attached to a rucksack and tethered to the radio via a coaxial cable. This will increase the isolation between the low-band and high-band antennas. Furthermore, with proper elevation of the antenna, the tethered configuration can enhance overall range performance.
