300mA Low Power Low Noise LDO CMOS Voltage Regulator Description Features The SE5509B series of fixed output low dropout linear regulators are designed for portable battery powered applications, which require low power consumption, low noise environment, and low dropout voltage. Each device contains a bandgap voltage reference, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, and resistors for setting output voltage, and current limit and temperature limit protection circuits. The SE5509B has been designed to be used with low cost capacitors and requires a minimum ¾ Typical 110mV Dropout Voltage at 150mA. ¾ Fast Enable Turn-On Time of 20μs (Typ.) ¾ Excellent Line and Load Regulation. ¾ High Accuracy Output Voltage of 3%. ¾ Ultra-Low Ground Current at 35μA (Typ.) ¾ Disable Current Less than 0.01μA (Typ.) ¾ Over Current and thermal Protection. ¾ No Reverse Current. ¾ ESD rating is 2.5KV(HBM). ¾ Standard SOT-23-5L and TSOP-5 Package. ¾ 100% Lead (Pb)-Free output capacitor of 1.0μF.
