Fremont Micro Devices FT510XX Low Power, 1.1uA LDO Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION ¾ Maximum Output Current: more than 250mA The FT510xx series are precise, extra low power ¾ Dropout consumption, positive voltage regulators with a Voltage: 160 mV @ 100mA (Vout=3.0V) significantly small dropout voltage. Each device ¾ Low Power Consumption 1.1uA (TYP.) contains a current limiter circuit, a PMOS power ¾ Maximum Operating Voltage 6.0V transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error ¾ Output Voltage Range 2.8V to 3.6V amplifier circuit. ¾ Input Voltage Range 2.8V to 6V ¾ Highly Accurate ± 2% The FT510xx has been designed to be used with low ¾ Operational Temperature Range -40℃~ 85℃ capacitors and requires a minimum output capacitor ¾ Ultra of 1.0 uF.
