为了防止锂离子电池在充放电过程中电池包发生发热,破裂及劣化现象,
电池包内置有充放电保护电路(过压·过放电·过电流·短路).
MOSFET作为该充放电保护电路的开关被使用. 由于与电池串联,要求其具有
小型外形与低正向电阻(影响电池驱动时间)特性.

MOSFET for Li-ion Battery
Li-ion Battery Charging/Discharging Protection circuit
In order to protect the Li-ion battery from heat, explosion or deterioration when
being charged or discharged, protection circuits (over-voltage, over-discharge,
over-current & short protection circuits) are built in the battery PACK.
MOSFET is used as the switch for this charging/discharging protection circuit.
Since it is connected in series with the battery, it is required to be small-sized
and have low ON resistance characteristic.
