Lug terminal type compact, high precision temperature sensor for up to 150°C
The NTC-GP series of temperature sensors use linear output type NTC thermistor elements to achieve a
wide operating range with improved resolution in the low and high temperature range. The lug type terminal
design allows temperature detection in locations where space is limited, such as on circuit boards.
Features
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C (up to 150°C possible)
• Lug terminal (for M4 screw) allows direct mounting to measurement object
• Fast thermal response: 6 s (in stationary water)
• Use of linear output NTC thermistor allows highly accurate temperature detection over a wide range
Major Applications
• Temperature detection in inverters etc. for solar power generation
• Temperature detection in substrates of converters for HEV, PHEV, and EV etc.
