LS05 – The Next Level LS 05 – The new member of the MEDER Levelsensor family! LS05-BVXXXXX 1.1 Tubes: The tube is always made of stainless steel. Only the length and diameter will be changed. There are no limits for the tube length. 1.2 Floats: You can use all floats we have, provided that the float inner diameter fits to the tube size. You can add any number of floats to the sensor, but we have to ensure that one float does not influence the switch of the other floats. So we need a minimum distance of 38mm between the floats. The choice of the float also depends on the specific requirements. 1.2.1. High temperature: stainless steel and NBR floats 1.2.2. Food application: PP with FDA certificate 1.2.3. Oil and fuels: PA or NBR floats. 1.2.4. Automotive: NBR or MS03-PP (2500000023) 1.3 Cables: see other standard sensors 1.4 Switches: we can build any type of OKI switch into the tube, which means we have high power applications(230 V) as well as low voltage applications. 1.5 Clips or washers: with the help of clips we determine the limits of the float movement. 1.6 Signal outputs: the signal can be shown by a separate signal for each float or a permanent signal.
