INTRODUCTION
The High surge current JVR V series are specifically designed for height transient surge
suppression. JVR V series are recognized under UL 1449 3rd edition for TYPE 2 applications.
Type 2 applications are defined as “Permanently connected SPDs intended for installation on the
load side of the service equipment overcurrent device”. This series is also available as a halogen
free device.
