MicroPAC GUI Basic Operation
GUI General Information
n The GUI is ideal for use in the LAB environment and/or during the qualification stage of a MicroPAC system.
GUI Individual Channel Button Functions
n Channel 1 button; enables/disables Channel 1 on the MicroPAC (Green when enabled; Red/Orange when disabled).
n Channel 2 button; enables/disables Channel 2 on the MicroPAC
(Green when enabled; Red/Orange when disabled).
n Channel 3 button; enables/disables Channel 3 on the MicroPAC
(Green when enabled; Red/Orange when disabled).
n Channel 3 button; enables/disables Channel 4 on the MicroPAC
(Green when enabled; Red/Orange when disabled).
GUI General Shutdown Button Function (GSD)
n When activated, this button color turns Yellow/Orange and disables all MicroPAC outputs. When in the disable mode, it also disables the individual channel function buttons (buttons gray out).
GUI Standby Button Function (STDBY)
n When the standby button is activated, the button color changes from Blue to Orange and the MicroPAC is put into a low power standby mode. This mode turns off all outputs, fan and main power converter.
GUI Channel Sequencing Mode
n No other buttons should be active during the operation of sequencing mode.
n The sequencing mode allows the MicroPAC outputs to be turned on in a user-defined sequence. Up to five sequences can be programmed and stored.
n Once the MicroPAC has powered up and has established communication with dongle, the user can input turn-on sequences from the dropdown menu. To activate the sequence, press the sequence button and the MicroPAC’s outputs will be disabled and turned on in the programmed order. Using the sequencing command will disable the individual channel buttons and the GSD button while in use.
Over Temperature Warning Indicator
n Internal to the MicroPAC, the over temperature warning is preset by the internal MicroPAC firmware. This is not editable.
n Please refer to the design guide for more details.
n If the OTW is activated, the over temperature alarm indicator will change to a Yellow color.
Over Temperature Protection Shutdown Indicator
n Internal to the MicroPAC, the over temperature shutdown is preset by the internal MicroPAC firmware. This is not editable.
n Please refer to the design guide for more details.
n If the OTP is activated, the over temperature shutdown alarm indicator will flash Red.
AC OK Indicator
n The AC OK indicator will illuminate Blue, indicating the MicroPAC has the correct level of AC/DC input voltage.
Fan Fail Indicator (Standard MicroPAC)
n If a fan fault is detected, the fan fault indicator will illuminate Red.
n See design guide for more details.
Temperature Logging Feature
n Internal to the MicroPAC, a temperature sensor detecting the general internal air temperature is displayed on the GUI and can be graphed over time.
