The NetSure® 701 can be installed as a single cabinet system equipped with batteries for back up power needs. The NetSure® 701 Series can also be configured for multi-cabinet systems in larger sites. Bulk and semi-bulk system configurations (see NetSure® Bulk Series brochure for more details) are available for large power needs. The flexible and configurable nature of the NetSure® 701 Series makes this the clear choice for all medium DC power needs. Distribution units for load, battery and AC, as well as the number of rectifiers, are all fully configurable. A variety of cabinet height and depth options are also available. The NetSure® 701 Series is the most reliable medium DC power system on the market today. NetSure® DC Power Systems from Emerson offer extremely low failure rates, as well as low total cost of ownership. The R48-3200e offers a peak efficiency rate of 96.8%. The NetSure® 701 Series supports eSure™ rectifiers as well as standard rectifiers. The R48-3200e and R48-3200 are both modular, high frequency constant power rectifiers designed with the latest patented switch-mode technology. Plug’n’play rectifiers allow for easy system configuration. System capacity can be increased by simply plugging rectifiers into an existing shelf — no adjustments or setup are required. Beyond reducing operating costs, Emerson has maximized the value of eSure™ rectifiers by making them backwards compatible with existing NetSure® DC Power Systems. Additional value is also provided by an innovative function, known as ECO mode, which enhances system efficiency in existing NetSure®systems with minimal investment. With ECO mode, only the number of rectifiers required for normal load conditions need to be upgraded to eSure™ rectifiers. Then, during normal load conditions, only the eSure™ rectifiers run — while the remaining original rectifiers are reserved for charging and redundancy. The result is the benefit of eSure™ efficiency at a fraction of the cost. 3 Single Cabinet Configurations Multi Cabinet Configurations Bulk & Semi Bulk Configurations For power needs up to 38 kW, a complete DC power system with space for batteries is available in a single cabinet. Distribution units for load, battery and AC, as well as the number of rectifiers, are all fully configurable. For power requirements from 20kW up to more than 384kW, multi cabinet distributed configurations integrate dedicated rectifiers, load, battery and AC protection into each cabinet. All units are fully configurable and circuit breakers as well as fuses are used for load and battery protection. For larger power loads, NetSure®Bulk Series’ cabinets may be suitable. Bulk Series cabinets offer an increased number of rectifiers and higher power rating than the distributed multi cabinet configurations. The load output and battery fuses are also larger. The Bulk Series provides dedicated cabinets for rectifiers and DC outputs. The bulk and semi bulk configurations are designed for use with Emerson’s remote DC distribution cabinets (see NetSure®Bulk Series brochure for more details). NetSure® Infill Solutions The NetSure® Infill Solutions is an integrated DC power kit for retrofitting legacy DC power systems. It provides safe replacement and expansion of the existing controller and rectifiers during continuous operation.
