3. Cable Assembly Process
3-1. Cutting a cable
Cut the cable to the following dimensions.

3-2. Stripping a care wire
Strip the core wire to a length 6 mm.

3-3. Soldering a contact
①Solder the cable to the specified terminal number contact of housing.
Caution Take care not to melt down the housing.
※ Soldering condition
Soldering bit temperature : 360℃ MAX
Soldering time
less than 4sec
②After soldering, attach a heat shrink tube(φ2.5 × 10) on the soldering part.
※Tube heater
300W

4. Caution
① There’s a possibility that the contact is deformation.
Before operation, check for inspection’s connector:CM10-AP/SPXXS-X.
② Before inspection, connect the receptacle connector and inspection’s connector:CM10-AP/SPXXS-X
to fit the each other’s connecting key.
And check it for deformation of the receptacle connector’s contact.
※ Case of contact deformations, change the inspection’s connector.
